Shipping & returns

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

During festivals, gifting seasons or unusually high demand, preparation may take longer. We will contact you if your order is affected.

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines vary by PIN code and courier availability. Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to the phone number or email provided at checkout.

Please enter a complete address and reachable phone number. Delivery delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information are outside our control.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Once a fresh-food order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel it.

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

After review, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.
