Laddoo Legacy™

Long before packaged bars and modern wellness snacks, Indian kitchens made nourishing bites with grains, nuts, seeds, ghee and natural sweeteners. We did not need to invent something new. We needed to bring that wisdom back into everyday life.

The recipe was already here.

Founder’s note.

Indian tradition, made for everyday wellness.

Laddoo Legacy brings traditional Indian recipes into modern, health-conscious snacking. Our founder, Sivani Goswami, wants familiar flavours and clean ingredients to have a place in everyday life, not only on special occasions.

Dates and jaggery bring natural sweetness. Nuts, seeds, grains and ghee bring substance. Women artisans preserve the methods and recipes passed down through generations.

Laddoo Legacy ambassador

Vijay Malhare’s story

Laddoo Legacy ambassador Vijay Malhare returned to her family’s tradition of handcrafted laddoo making in the 1990s, after her husband lost his employment. Her mother and aunt had preserved recipes passed down through generations. Her story reflects the skill and resilience of the women artisans behind the brand.

Why laddoo?

Laddoos have long been part of Indian kitchens: small, round portions made with ingredients such as jaggery, sesame seeds, grains and nuts. Easy to share and carry, they bring traditional flavours into everyday snack breaks as well as celebrations.

Laddoos surrounded by dates, nuts, seeds, spices and bowls of ingredients

Familiar ingredients. Nothing to hide.

We make healthy Indian snacks with dates, jaggery, nuts, seeds, millets, besan and ghee. Selected recipes use cardamom and nutmeg, as listed in their ingredients. No crystal sugar. No added preservatives. No artificial colour or flavour. See each product’s ingredient list and nutrition sheet for the details.
